Etiel Mining Hub supplies metal detectors, gold wash plants, crushers, mills, and related equipment, plus technical counseling and field support from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This policy applies to etielmininghub.com (or any successor domain), our order and account flows, and inquiries submitted through contact forms or phone.

Account and order data: name, phone, email, shipping or site address, order contents, and payment-related status we receive from our processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

Communications: messages you send via contact forms, WhatsApp, email, or in-person counseling notes needed to respond to your request.

Technical data: basic device, browser, and log information needed to operate and secure the site (for example IP address, timestamps, and error logs).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
