Etiel Mining Hub sells mining and prospecting equipment (including detectors, wash plants, crushers, and mills) and offers related services such as counseling, assembly, training, and field support.

Prices, availability, and lead times may change. Quotes and catalog pages are invitations to order, not binding offers until we confirm your order.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

Orders are accepted when we confirm them. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, pricing error, compliance, or delivery constraints.

Payment terms shown at checkout or on an invoice apply. Title to goods transfers according to the delivery method agreed; risk of loss passes on delivery to you or your carrier unless otherwise stated.

Import duties, local taxes, and site-access costs outside our quoted scope are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Product descriptions and images are for guidance. Specifications may vary by manufacturer revision; we will note material changes when we know them.

Services (counseling, installation, training, maintenance, and similar) are performed with reasonable professional care. Outcomes such as recovery rates depend on ore, ground, crew practice, and conditions outside our control.

Counseling and compliance guidance are informational and not legal advice or a guarantee of permits or regulatory approval.

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Contact us promptly with serial numbers and photos for warranty claims.

Returns of unused, resalable stock may be accepted at our discretion within a window we communicate at purchase, subject to restocking fees and shipping costs. Custom or special-order items are generally non-returnable.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ethiopian law, Etiel’s liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

You may not misuse the site (scraping at abusive rates, attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or posting unlawful content).

You are responsible for lawful use of equipment we supply, including local mining, environmental, and safety rules.

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Etiel or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, courts in Addis Ababa have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes apply to new orders after the update date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
